Quality at LPM is more than controlled, it's assured. It is deliberate and can be seen in every part manufactured and shipped to our customers. LPM's environment fosters quality in every project. To quantify our goal, we use Statistical Process Control techniques.

Our Quality Assurance department has many years of experience implementing policy, procedure, and floor-level work instructions. At LPM, we believe that a process can be continually worked upon and improved. We constantly monitor and document our processes so we can make the necessary changes to strive for perfection in our operation.

LPM's Quality Assurance department has a wide variety of testing equipment to ensure process repeatability and product conformance.

Technical Expertise
LPM has completed several projects where an idea was taken from concept to completion. The staff at LPM possess this expertise in understanding well conceived tooling, but also an in depth understanding of the overall process and proper material selection. In our brief nine year history, we have gained invaluable knowledge in molding all types of commodity and engineered resins.

We are also ISO 9001 - 2000 certified.
